Billing Chat Agent

Full-time entry to midlevel chat-based roles resolving customer billing inquiries and account issues, adjusting services as requested, and upholding a positive customer relationship.

Profile: A positive, flexible communicator and good written communicator who can multi-task to solve problems for multiple customers at the same time. They use patience and strong written communication skills to uncover customer needs, answer questions, and leave a positive impact on every customer interaction.

It's about building relationships and turning the knowledge you gain in training into customer service wins. Billing Chat Agents make a real difference for their customers and the company. You will learn how to provide chat-based account and payment support services, including maintenance, activations, and packaging, plus how and when to schedule field visits and escalate chats to your support team.
