Location - Middlesex County, NJ
Salary - $75-85k
Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision (50% employer-paid), PTO, 401k with 4% Match, Discretionary Holiday Bonus
Established culinary and events company producing scratch-made cuisine for corporate, university, and social events serving up to 1,000 guests.
Qualifications:
Tenure that shows stability in prior roles, averaging at least 1.5 years per position
Approximately 3-5 years of culinary leadership experience
Experience executing catered events or banquets serving up to 1,000 guests
Scratch-cooking background required; no reheating or pre-portioned foodservice operations
Must be able to communicate effectively in kitchen Spanish
Working knowledge of ordering, inventory, scheduling, food costing, and kitchen administration
Comfortable leading commissary production and onsite event execution
Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, production planning, and quality control
Hands-on leader willing to support production during high-volume periods
Must be a local candidate with reliable transportation for onsite events
