Spanish-Speaking Urology Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)$80-$90 per hour | Part-Time

We are currently seeking a Spanish-speaking Urology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our clinical team on a part-time basis to support our growing patient population in an outpatient setting.
This opportunity is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant who is fluent in Spanish, passionate about urology, and eager to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered outpatient environment. Our Nurse Practitioners play a vital role in expanding access to specialty care across our communities.

Key Responsibilities
As a Spanish-speaking Urology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant, you will:
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage urology patients in an outpatient setting
  • Provide direct patient care as a bilingual provider, ensuring clear and culturally competent communication in both English and Spanish
  • Assist urologists with outpatient procedures as needed
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging
  • Prescribe medications and provide patient education within scope of practice
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, fellow NPs/PAs, and support staff
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
  • Stay current with urology best practices and clinical advancements
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program
  • Active, unrestricted state license
  • National certification as an NP or PA
  • 2+ years of urology experience preferred; strong and motivated candidates will be considered
  • Fluency in Spanish (required)
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
