Location: Delray Beach, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: Competitive – Based on Experience

Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Bilingual Assistant Warehouse Manager to support the daily operations of our warehouse in Delray Beach. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience in shipping, receiving, inventory management, and team supervision. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations.
  • Supervise warehouse associates and provide leadership, coaching, and training.
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly documented and inspected.
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor employee productivity.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Enforce company policies and OSHA safety standards.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, drivers, and internal departments in both English and Spanish.
  • Assist with scheduling, workflow planning, and resolving operational issues.
  • Help improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, or Lead.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, and inventory control.
  • Experience supervising warehouse personnel.
  • Forklift experience (certification preferred).
  • Comfortable using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand, bend, walk, and lift throughout the workday.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
