Job description

Under general supervision and in alignment with established policies, procedures, and professional standards, this role performs a variety of receptionist and clerical/secretarial duties. Responsibilities include initiating and maintaining patient records, documenting patient activity, and supporting clinical operations through accurate recordkeeping. The role also involves monitoring long-term video surveillance systems from a centralized nursing station, recognizing alarms, and promptly reporting alerts to the registered nurse. All duties are carried out in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Hospital.
