Japanese Speaking Crew Member

Location: At Sea

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to our passengers while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to passengers in Japanese
  • Assist passengers with their queries and requests in Japanese
  • Ensure passengers are satisfied with their experience
  • Assist in the operation of the vessel
  • Comply with safety regulations and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Communicate with other crew members in Japanese
  • Assist with any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Japanese (written and spoken)
