Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and reliable bilingual caregivers (Spanish/English) to support clients who benefit from care in their preferred language. This role is ideal for caregivers who enjoy building meaningful connections, providing handson assistance, and improving communication and comfort for clients and their families.


Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and emotional support in both English and Spanish
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Support daily routines while promoting independence and safety
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
  • Perform light housekeeping related to client care
  • Communicate clearly with clients, families, and office staff
  • Follow individualized care plans and report any changes in condition

Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Previous caregiving experience preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation
  • Smartphone required for scheduling and communication
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Compassionate, patientfocused, and dependable
