NOW HIRING: SPA SALES MANAGER / RETAIL SALES MANAGER
Full-Time | $60,000-$70,000 base + uncapped monthly bonusHand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa - Hollywood, FL
Nights and Weekends availability required
Lead a spa. Grow membership. Get paid for results
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Hollywood is hiring a Spa Manager to own the spa's performance - membership growth, sales, team, and daily operations.
This is a numbers job with a people job attached. You will own membership conversion, outbound calling, appointment volume, and retention, and you will build and coach the team that delivers them. If you like being on the floor during peak hours, reading your reports every morning, and holding people to a standard, you will do well here.
About our group
We are a family-owned, three-location Hand & Stone franchise group in Broward County - Weston, Hollywood, and Sunrise-Sawgrass. You will work directly with the owner, and you will see your decisions show up in the numbers within a week. We are growing and we promote from within.
What you will own
Membership and sales
• Membership conversion rate - your single most important metric
• Outbound calling to prospects, missed calls, leads, and lapsed guests, done consistently and on a schedule. This is where most spas leave money on the table, and it is non-negotiable here.
• Coaching the front desk team on consultations, objection handling, and closing
• Retention, cancellation control, and net membership growth
• Service, retail, enhancement, package, and gift card sales
• Setting daily, weekly, and monthly goals - posting them and following up on them
Operations
• All daily spa operations, opening through closing
• Scheduling, labor productivity, and payroll controls
• Massage Therapist and Esthetician schedule utilization
• Prebooking, repeat visit, and average ticket performance
• Inventory, cash handling, cleanliness, and brand standards
• Resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally
Team
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and retain Spa Associates, Massage Therapists, and Estheticians
• Recruit proactively, before staffing becomes an emergency
• Train and coach front desk team members and emerging leaders
• Address performance, attendance, and policy issues directly and promptly
• Build a professional, accountable, sales-focused culture
What we are looking for
• 2+ years of management experience in a sales-driven business
• Membership-based business experience - Hand & Stone or Massage Envy strongly preferred; spa, fitness, wellness, or salon also considered
• You have personally owned a conversion or membership number and can tell us what it was
• Experience leading a team of 25-40+
• Comfortable in reports and spreadsheets; you make decisions from data, not from feel
• Strong coaching, accountability, and conflict-resolution skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Zenoti experience a strong plus
• Available evenings, weekends, peak periods, and some holidays
Benefits
• Uncapped monthly performance bonus tied to membership conversion and appointment goals. Our structure pays on improvement, not just absolute results, so a strong operator earns from month one.
• Paid time off
• 401(k) with employer matching
• Complimentary massage or facial each month
• Employee discounts on services and retail
• Management training and ongoing leadership support
• Growth opportunity across a multi-location group
Best fit for candidates who have been successful as a:
Retail Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Sales Manager, Salon Manager, Spa Manager, Fitness Sales Manager, Membership Sales Manager, Customer Service Manager, Front Desk Manager, or Hospitality Manager.
To apply
Apply through this posting and answer the screening questions. Specific numbers matter more to us than polished language.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
At Hand and Stone, Opportunity Knocks
Over 500 locations open across the U.S
We have opportunities for Massage Therapists, Estheticians, Spa Managers and Spa Associates at all stages of their careers. Full Time, Part Time...we can provide the perfect fit with FLEXIBLE schedules.
Hand & Stone's focus is on creating an experience that exceeds our guests' expectations. We treat every guest & employee with respect. We know if you have happy employees, you will have happy clients. Become part of the team and you'll see that for yourself.
