Hiring for Fall 2026 F&B Interns

Participate in a meaningful educational experience including measurable, productive and relevant activities of professionals in the food & beverage industry

Essential Job Functions:

  • Complete tasks and responsibilities that benefit the organization and its guests
  • Communicate questions, observations, needs, etc. as appropriate with the "site supervisor" and/or other
  • Company professionals to enhance the learning experience and produce professional results
  • Complete the agreed upon "contract hours" required by the J & W Student Employee program
  • Practice safety and sanitation standards at all times
  • Discuss goals, objectives and project topic/thesis (if applicable) and receive two performance appraisals
  • Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company's Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Dedication
  • Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures
