What You’ll Do

  • Overcome objections during the sales process to increase membership conversions
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and profitability
  • Analyze business data to guide decision-making and drive overall success
  • Use sound judgment and operate independently with minimal supervision
  • Plan and direct daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
  • Manage staff schedules to optimize productivity, revenue, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and relaxing spa environment
  • Oversee inventory to ensure accuracy and availability of products
  • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and addressing concerns promptly
  • Ensure full compliance with all Hand & Stone policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
  • Mentor and supervise all team members in accordance with company standards
