JOB SUMMARY

The Esthetician is responsible for providing guests with comprehensive and professional facial and skincare services, adhering to company SOP’s and brand standards. Performs esthetics services offered on spa menu, using proper draping techniques, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Effectively communicates with guests to understand their desired needs and areas of concern, while maintaining a high level of customer service standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Adhere to TRILOGY’s “Flawless Service, Every Guest, Every Day” philosophy and Spa policy and procedures.
  • Anticipate guest needs and uphold Spa and TRILOGY’s service standards for guest service, including FORBES 5 Star criteria.
  • Interact cooperatively and professionally with guests and spa team, demonstrating respect, sensitivity, and attentiveness, following all company guidelines.
  • Provide knowledgeable and thorough facial and skincare services, based on guest preferences, while demonstrating professionalism, respect, and sensitivity to guest needs.
  • Provide guest consultation and personalized recommendations, based on guest’s needs, as well as sell and upsell retail products and enhancement treatments.
  • Responsible for fostering client relationships to enhance satisfaction, ensure repeat business, and support client retention initiatives.
  • Setup and break down of designated treatment area with the highest respect of fellow co-workers by maintaining neat and well-stocked work areas.
  • Comply with and maintain safety, sanitation, and disinfection standards, properly cleaning and sanitizing products, rooms, tools and equipment, following TRILOGY and State Governing Boards requirements and guidelines.
  • Provide guests with a tour of the spa facility, as needed.
  • Communicate guest complaints or any maintenance issues to Spa Management.
  • Attend mandatory vendor and company training sessions, as scheduled by Spa Management.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Must have a High School diploma or equivalent, or any other combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and capabilities.
  • Must have a current FL Esthetics License.
  • Must have at least 1-3 years’ experience in an Esthetician position, preferably in a hotel/resort.
  • Knowledge of Esthetics and Esthetic practices.
  • Must be polished, professional, and have a strong command of both written and verbal English.
  • Must be organized, proactive, and possess a strong attention to detail.
  • Basic computer software skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience with Booker, Book4Time, Spa Soft preferred.

COMPENSATION: 26% Service Commission vs hourly + Service Charge + Retail Commission

This is a hourly vs commission position. The anticipated commissions earned for this role translates to an hourly pay range of $14.00 to $96.00, not including gratuity. This rate and pay structure is only applicable for jobs to be performed at Sisley Spa at The Nora Hotel. This is the lowest to highest pay scale we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. Employee Partners are guaranteed at least minimum wage for the hours worked during a given two week payroll period. The Employee Partner will be paid either this wage guarantee total or the total rate of pay per treatment(s) whichever amount is greater (calculated by hours worked during the payroll week). Pay ranges may vary based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
