Position Overview for Sous Chef:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to assist in leading our culinary team in preparing delicious, nutritious meals for our residents. Ideal candidates will have prior experience cooking in an assisted living setting, with a strong background as a cooking supervisor being highly preferred. In this role, you will oversee meal preparation, ensure adherence to dietary guidelines, and uphold high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities as a Sous Chef:
  • Assist in managing daily kitchen operations, including supervising staff and ensuring timely meal service.
