Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team and support the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a respected and expanding hospitality group while contributing to a culture of excellence, teamwork, and hospitality.


The ideal candidate is hands-on in the kitchen, passionate about consistency and presentation, and skilled at mentoring others. They will help lead a talented team in delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Sous Chef Requirements/Responsibilities:
