Job Summary:
Commercial Capital Company is seeking a Technical Solutions Analyst to support reporting, automation, process improvement, and business systems initiatives across the organization. The role involves working closely with leadership to enhance operational visibility and assist with business technology projects.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and operational analytics
• Assist with Power Automate workflows and process improvements
• Support Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform administration tasks
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Troubleshoot data, workflow, and system-related issues
• Coordinate and support technology initiatives and projects
• Assist with documentation, SOP creation, and process mapping
• Work with business teams to validate information and resolve inconsistencies
• Help monitor reporting accuracy and operational performance metrics
• Clearly document findings, recommendations, and completed work
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3–7 years of experience in analytics, reporting, systems administration, or business systems
• Strong aptitude and operational experience may substitute for formal education
• Ability to build and maintain dashboards, reports, and operational analytics
• Experience assisting with Power Automate workflows and process improvements
