Solution Delivery Consultant - Post Acute

The Post-Acute team is dedicated to home health, hospice, palliative care and private duty. Within the myUnity- Post Acute homecare and hospice EMR, your role will involve contributing to clinical documentation and providing support to streamline billing processes in these crucial areas. Join our team to play a key role in advancing the efficiency and effectiveness of myUnity implementations within the dynamic realm of home care and hospice services.

As a Solution Delivery Consultant in Post Acute, you will prepare and perform system build, testing, and conversion tasks using the implementation methodology. You will perform testing and troubleshooting configurations to enhance solution functionality across various client environments. Consultants will participate in client meetings and internal team initiatives to improve processes and efficiency, identify and report solution status, risks, and issues to clients and project leadership, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and escalations. Additionally, you will assist clients and project teams in analyzing current department workflows, maintain client relationships, navigate complex situations to achieve business objectives, and generate documentation for best practices in methodology.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and perform system build, testing and conversion project tasks using the implementation methodology
  • Test and troubleshoot configurations to improve solution functionality in a variety of client environments
  • Participate in client meetings and events and internal team initiatives to improve processes and create efficiencies
  • Identify and report solution status, risks, and issues to client and project leadership
  • Work with cross-functional teams to provide complex issue resolution and resolve escalation management issues
  • Assist clients and project teams in current state analysis of department workflows.
  • Maintain client relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectives
  • Identify and generate documentation for best practices in methodology

Qualifications
Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 1 year of health care information technology or systems management implementation or consulting working experience
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Decision-making skills
  • Flexibility
  • Comfort with ambiguity
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with Netsmart EHR solutions
  • Experience within the Netsmart client industries (clinical, human services, long-term care, senior living, etc.)

Expectations

  • Potential travel 20% of the time as needed
  • Position may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any required travel
