Summary
The Solution Delivery Manager serves as the cross-domain orchestrator for complex, multi-team technology initiatives. Acting as a deputy to the Engineering Lead (EL), this role ensures integrated solutions are delivered end to end as designed-on time, within scope, and aligned across architecture, engineering, and program delivery. The Solution Delivery Manager keeps technical strategy and execution tightly synchronized.
Your role in our mission
Integrated Delivery Leadership
  • Lead end-to-end technical delivery across all domains, ensuring the full solution is delivered as intended.
  • Partner with the Engineering Lead (EL) to manage milestones, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Connect Enterprise Architecture, engineering teams, and program delivery to maintain alignment and momentum.

Cross-Domain Coordination
  • Coordinate cross-domain delivery activities so teams work in sync and dependencies are understood and managed.
  • Facilitate communication and decision alignment across domain leads, architects, delivery managers, and key stakeholders.

Architecture & Design Alignment
  • Partner with Enterprise Architecture (EA) to validate end-to-end solution design for feasibility and compliance with architectural standards.
  • Ensure integration points are clearly defined, have accountable owners, and meet design intent.

Delivery Tracking & Risk Management
  • Monitor technical delivery progress and surface risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies early.
  • Drive mitigation plans and escalation paths to remove blockers quickly.
  • Maintain visibility into domain-level and program-level impacts, reporting status and trends to stakeholders.

Integration & Quality Assurance
  • Ensure cross-domain integrations are implemented consistently, validated, and tested thoroughly.
  • Support release readiness, including integration testing, performance validation, cutover planning, and deployment coordination.

What we're looking for
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in technology delivery, solution engineering, or technical program management.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, system integration, and multi-domain solution design.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex delivery environments.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences and drive clear decisions.

The pay range for this position is $108,000 - $155,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
