What is solution delivery?

Solution delivery refers to the process of planning, developing, implementing, and managing technology or business solutions to meet specific organizational needs. It involves coordinating people, processes, and resources to ensure that a solution is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the required quality standards. Solution delivery professionals work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, manage risks, and oversee the deployment and support of the delivered solution.

How does a solution delivery professional typically collaborate with cross-functional teams during a project?

Solution Delivery professionals play a central role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users. They frequently facilitate communication by gathering requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that all teams are aligned throughout the project lifecycle. Regular meetings, status updates, and collaborative problem-solving sessions are common, helping to address challenges early and keep the project on track. This close collaboration not only ensures successful implementation but also builds strong working relationships across departments.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a solution delivery professional, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Solution Delivery professional, you need strong project management skills, business analysis capabilities, and a solid understanding of industry-specific solutions, often supported by a relevant degree or certifications. Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or MS Project, enterprise platforms such as SAP or Salesforce, and certifications like PMP or ITIL is common. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities help ensure successful collaboration and client satisfaction. These skills and qualities are crucial for delivering projects on time and within scope while effectively managing client expectations.

Job description

Title: AI Solution Delivery
Location: Cupertino, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension)
Implementation Partner: Infosys
End Client: To be disclosed
JD:
AI Solution Delivery resource to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that transform how the customer manages its contract lifecycle - from initiation and authoring
through negotiation, execution, compliance, and renewal. You'll sit within WW Sales BPR, partnering closely with Sales Operations, Legal, Finance, and Engineering to identify high-impact use cases and bring them from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Use Case Discovery & Prioritization - Partner with contract lifecycle stakeholders to identify automation and intelligence opportunities (e.g., clause extraction, obligation
tracking, renewal prediction, risk scoring, contract summarization).
• Solution Design - Architect end-to-end AI solutions including data pipelines, model selection (LLM, NLP, ML), integration points, and UX flows that fit within client's
enterprise ecosystem.
• Delivery & Implementation - Own the build cycle: requirements gathering, prototyping, iteration with users, testing, deployment, and post-launch measurement.
• Stakeholder Enablement - Translate technical capabilities into business value for non-technical partners; run demos, training sessions, and adoption programs.
• Cross-Functional Coordination - Work with Legal, Procurement, Sales Ops, IT, and Data Engineering to ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and scalability
requirements.
• Continuous Improvement - Monitor solution performance, gather feedback, and iterate. Stay current on advances in GenAI, NLP, and contract intelligence tooling.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experienced in solution delivery, consulting, or product development - with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML solutions
• Demonstrated experience with contract management, CLM platforms, or adjacent legal-tech domains
• Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP techniques, and their application to document-heavy workflows
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured technical requirements
• Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional environments (Sales, Legal, Finance, Engineering)
• Excellent communication skills - comfortable presenting to senior leadership and working with individual contributors alike
