SAP IBP - Order - Based Planning (OBP) Solution Lead
Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead architectural blueprinting for IBP-OBP: planning areas, master data, and key figure design.
  • Design and govern Real-Time Integration (RTI) and CI-DS data flows between SAP IBP and S/4HANA / ECC.
  • Configure and optimize Response Management, Allocation Planning, and tactical supply planning (heuristics / optimizers).
  • Facilitate "Fit-to-Standard" workshops with senior leadership; translate business goals into technical requirements.
  • Define test strategy (Unit, SIT, UAT) and oversee successful cutover to production.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of SAP experience, with 3-5 full-lifecycle SAP IBP implementations.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Order-Based Planning (OBP), RTI, harmonized planning areas, and the SAP IBP Excel add-in.
  • Proven integration experience with Advanced ATP (aATP) and Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS).
  • Strong end-to-end supply chain planning acumen (S&OP, Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization).
  • SAP IBP or Solution Architect certification preferred.
  • US work authorization required; H-1B transfer considered for exceptionally strong candidates.
