Hales AC is expanding our Home Comfort Advisor team. This is an in-home HVAC sales role for proven B2C closers who can build trust, explain replacement options clearly, and help homeowners make confident comfort decisions.

  • Coachability, strong follow-up habits, and comfort with a scripted process.
  • Valid Florida driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • HVAC experience is not required. We prefer to train the right sales professional our way.

Hales AC has served Tampa Bay since 1986 and is growing quickly. If you are a serious sales professional looking for qualified opportunities and a proven system, apply today.
