The Position

As a Solar Sales Representative for Unicity Solar, you’ll introduce homeowners to solar energy solutions and help them take the first step toward energy independence.

In this Independent Contractor role, you’ll build trusting relationships, create excitement around renewable energy, schedule qualified appointments for our sales team all while building a rewarding future. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment and wants a clear path into leadership or closing roles.

We’re looking for individuals who are:

  • Strong communicators, who connect easily with people
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable using tablets and multiple software platforms
  • Energized by fast-paced, performance-driven environments
  • Access to reliable with transportation for a 15–30 mile territory
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays (This schedule is optimized for your sales success and earning potential)
  • Door-to-door, canvassing, or sales experience preferred but not required (sales, customer-facing roles preferred)
  • All other duties as assigned
