Job Title: Assistant Superintendent - EPC Utility Scale Solar Industry
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Superintendent to join our team in the EPC Utility Scale Solar Industry. As an Assistant Superintendent, you will work closely with the Superintendent and other team members to ensure the successful completion of utility scale solar projects.
Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in project planning, coordinating construction activities, managing labor force, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Superintendent in planning and organizing construction activities for utility scale solar projects.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including labor force, subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Superintendent.
- Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications throughout the construction process.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
- Assist in resolving any construction-related problems or conflicts that may arise.
- Collaborate with the Superintendent to develop and implement quality control measures.
- Provide support in managing labor force, including reviewing their work and ensuring adherence to project requirements.
- Assist in preparing project reports, including progress reports, budget updates, and safety records.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the EPC Utility Scale Solar Industry or a similar field.
