Overview

Dynasty Solar specializes in solar construction, managing projects from inception to

completion. As a third-party intermediary, we engage with customers through sales

representatives and collaborate with multiple contractors and financiers. We are seeking

a skilled Project Manager with experience in solar management to oversee and

coordinate our projects seamlessly.

Responsibilities

 Effectively communicate project details and progress among various

stakeholders; including sales representatives, homeowners, contractors, and

financiers.

 Utilize Google Drive and other relevant software tools for project documentation

and collaboration.

 Collaborate with contractors to develop and maintain weekly schedules, ensuring

timely completion of project milestones.

 Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to manage project timelines,

resources, and deliverables efficiently.

 Take initiative and demonstrate a proactive approach to project management,

exceeding expectations when necessary.

 Comfortably operate within an office environment, collaborating with team

members and utilizing office resources effectively.

Experience

 Possess reliable transportation for site visits and project meetings.

 Minimum of one year of experience in solar-related project management or a

similar field.

 Proficiency with computers and relevant software applications.

 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse

stakeholders.

 Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

 Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing project requirements and
