Solar Electrician Apprentice | Earn While You Learn

Looking to launch a career in a high-demand trade? We are hiring motivated Solar Electrician Apprentices to work directly alongside licensed Journeyman and Master Electricians on residential solar projects.

What We Offer

What You’ll Do

  • Assist Lead Electricians: Support licensed electricians with AC/DC solar wiring, inverter mounting, and Main Panel Upgrades (MPUs).
  • Hands-On Installation: Run conduit, pull electrical wiring, mount equipment enclosures, and assist with grid tie-ins.
  • Safety & Code: Set up job site safety gear, adhere to OSHA standards, and learn National Electrical Code (NEC) compliance.
  • Site Preparation: Transport tools, manage inventory, prepare staging areas, and keep job sites clean and organized.
