The Software Support Specialist is responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of the Yardi property management software across all properties managed by HGPS. The Specialist ensures optimal utilization of Yardi to achieve financial performance targets, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. #ZR

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for optimizing systems and supporting others? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Software Support Specialist to join our team full-time and play a vital role in the smooth operation of our property management systems.


What You'll Do:
Support & Troubleshoot: Provide top-notch technical support to users across our portfolio using the Yardi Voyager platform.
Train & Empower: Train on-site and administrative staff on Yardi functionality and best practices.
Configure & Maintain: Set up and manage Yardi modules (Financials, CRM, Residential, etc.) to meet operational needs.
Report & Analyze: Generate custom reports and dashboards to support decision-making and improve efficiency.
Collaborate & Integrate: Work with IT, Accounting, and Property Management teams to integrate Yardi with other systems.
Secure & Comply: Ensure data accuracy, maintain user access, and help uphold regulatory compliance.


What We’re Looking For:
Yardi Expertise: 2+ years of experience with Yardi Voyager 7s and Rent Café is required.
Technical Know-How: Strong troubleshooting, system configuration, and data analysis skills.
Customer-Focused: Exceptional support and training skills with a collaborative spirit.
Organized & Adaptable: Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
Bonus Points: A bachelor’s degree in IT or related field and a basic understanding of accounting principles.


Work Hours & Benefits:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (with occasional travel to support site teams).
Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance; 401k plan; paid time off (PTO) based on longevity; holidays off.
Compensation: Up to $65,000, BOE.
