Job Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue, increase occupancy rates, and enhance the overall brand presence of the hotel. This individual manages the sales team and plays a crucial role in achieving the hotel's financial and business objectives. This position requires a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, market trends, and effective promotional tactics.
What You'll be Doing
  1. Sales Strategy and Management:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan that targets various market segments and accounts for group, corporate, and leisure business.
  • Lead the sales team in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Manage the hotel's online presence, including the website, social media channels, and online travel agencies.
  • Analyze market trends and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to the company.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination for group events, meetings, and conventions.
