Logitech is the Sweet Spot for people who want their actions to have a positive global impact while having the flexibility to do it in their own way.

The Role:

At Logitech, we build software powering hundreds of thousands of collaboration devices deployed worldwide. Every day, our devices generate millions of telemetry events, crash reports, and quality signals that help us understand how our products perform in the field.

We are looking for a Software Quality Intelligence Engineer to join our Analytics & Quality Engineering team. This role combines hands-on software validation with analytics and investigation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data that drives engineering decisions.

You will execute targeted test scenarios to validate that software events, logs, crash reports, and telemetry are generated correctly, verify the accuracy of analytics dashboards and quality metrics, investigate field trends and regressions, and partner with engineering teams to improve software quality through data-driven insights.

This is an opportunity to help define how software quality is measured and continuously improved across Logitech.

Your Contribution:

  • Design and execute manual and automated test scenarios to validate software telemetry, events, logs, crash reports, and analytics across Logitech collaboration devices.

  • Validate end-to-end data flow from devices through analytics pipelines to dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

  • Analyze telemetry, system logs, and field data to identify software quality trends, regressions, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Partner with engineering teams to investigate customer issues, perform root cause analysis, and validate software fixes.

  • Develop automated tools, scripts, and dashboards to monitor software quality, detect anomalies, and improve engineering visibility.

  • Support release readiness by providing data-driven insights into software stability, reliability, and customer impact.

  • Leverage AI and modern analytics techniques to accelerate data validation, quality investigations, and root cause analysis.

Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in Software QA, Software Analytics or Software Development

  • Strong understanding of software development and software testing methodologies.

  • Experience validating software on Android or Linux-based systems.

  • Experience analyzing logs, telemetry, and software behavior.

  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.

  • Experience with Python for automation, scripting, or data analysis.

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Grafana, or similar platforms.

  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Preferred Skills:

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

  • Android platform development or testing

  • Embedded Linux systems

  • Telemetry and observability platforms

  • Crash analytics tools

  • Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or similar cloud analytics platforms

  • CI/CD and DevOps workflows

  • Jira and defect management systems

  • Statistical analysis and trend analysis

  • AI-assisted software debugging and analytics

  • Collaboration or video conferencing products

This position offers a base salary typically between PLN 246,800 and PLN 377,000 per year. Actual compensation will depend on factors including location, experience, skills, and business needs.
