• Contribute to technical sections of proposals or presentations occasionally to help our Sales teams drive home the value proposition of our technology.
• Support project planning and monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Mentoring and collaborating with small software development teams as needed.

• Experience developing software for both Linux and Windows platforms and a strong knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, load balancing, VPNs, and network security fundamentals.
• Proven experience creating installers for Windows (MSI, InstallShield, WiX, etc.) and Linux (DEB/RPM).
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Azure DevOps Pipelines, Jira, Git, and scripting knowledge in Linux and Windows.
• Strong understanding of containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and SaaS architectures (AWS, Azure, etc.), and cloud deployment strategies.
• Experience maintaining infrastructure using Ansible (or similar configuration management tools like Chef, or Puppet) to eliminate manual provisioning and accelerate software development.
• Ability to lead and mentor software engineering teams, with strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Educational background or work experience in machine learning, image analysis, full motion video analysis, or GIS is a strong plus.
• Track record of owning and delivering complex projects on time, meeting requirements in a high-stakes environment.
