Glazier Apprentice and Glass Installer Helper


Join our dynamic team as a Glazier Apprentice and Glass Installer Helper, where you will gain hands-on experience in the glass installation industry while supporting skilled professionals. This role offers a valuable opportunity to develop your skills, learn industry best practices, and grow within a reputable company dedicated to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist experienced glaziers and glass installers in measuring and installing glass and related materials

- Prepare work sites by cleaning, setting up tools, glass, and ensuring safety protocols are followed

- Handle and transport glass panels carefully to prevent damage

- Support the installation of Hardware, doors, mirrors, storefronts, curtainwall, and specialty glass

- Follow instructions and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and report any issues

- Learn and adhere to industry standards and building codes


Skills and Qualifications:

- Willingness to learn and develop skills in glass installation and glazing

- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions

- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials

- Attention to detail and safety consciousness

- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations

- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required

- Valid driverโ€™s license is required
