Sr. Software Engineer

Job Title: SAS Administrator

Job Type: Contract

Location: Louisville

Skill: SAS Data Analysis and Reporting

Location: Louisville (Onsite) 7+ years of extensive experience in SAS platform administration and performance tuning. Install, configure, and maintain SAS software components and servers, ensuring high availability and optimal performance. Monitor SAS environments to proactively identify and resolve performance issues, security vulnerabilities, and system errors. Manage SAS user accounts, roles, permissions, providing support and troubleshooting for user access and authorization issues. Collaborate with infrastructure and database teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient utilization of hardware and software resources. SAS development migration and replication. Lead data migration projects, assessing the data quality and compatibility, and developing migration plans to transfer data from legacy systems to new environments. Hands on experience on tools like SAS Management Console, SAS DI Studio, SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS IDP, SMC, Flow Manager, Unix experience on SAS administration activities like server maintenance, license renewal, hotfix installation, scheduling, user management, application troubleshooting, etc. Certification on SAS Administration is desired but not must. Should possess good troubleshooting skills. Experience in an SAS platform and cloud migration activities. Should be able to work independently.
