Your Toolbox  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a management or leadership role. Expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies. Strong project management skills, with experience managing complex software projects. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
