Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Baseballย Coach with a strong background in pitching. This role is ideal for a coach who enjoys working with youth and competitive athletes in a structured yet flexible environment.

The coach will lead private and small-group lessons and run one weekly camp (maximum 5 athletes) focused on skill development, confidence, and game awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality pitching instruction for baseballย athletes

  • Coach athletes across multiple age groups and skill levels

  • Lead one weekly small-group camp (max 5 athletes) with a planned curriculum

  • Design engaging, age-appropriate drills emphasizing mechanics, performance, and injury prevention

  • Track athlete progress and communicate feedback professionally

  • Maintain a positive, organized, and motivating training environment

  • Collaborate with directors and staff to support programming and athlete development

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of pitchingย mechanicsย 

  • Prior coaching or playingย experience requiredย 

  • Ability to coach youth through college-level athletes

  • Reliable, punctual, and professional

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable running small camps and group instruction

  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

We are an indoor baseball and softball training facility. All coaches have played professionally or at the collegiate level. We offer private lessons for all ages. Members are able to use hitting and pitching tunnels, along with access to a full gym and recovery room.
