Work Environment

This position allows for a flexible remote work environment tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients and their families. While the primary work setting is virtual, collaboration with school personnel and regular check-ins with clients may involve occasional onsite meetings or visits to ensure comprehensive care. A full-time schedule is expected, with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Flexibility in scheduling will be necessary to accommodate client visits, and on-call duties may be required to address urgent situations.

  • Advocate for clients' rights, ensuring they have access to vital community resources and support services.

  • Regularly monitor clients' well-being through visits or virtual check-ins to identify any concerns in their living environments and address safety issues.
  • Facilitate effective communication and resolve any conflicts within family dynamics to improve caregivers’ involvement.
  • Educate clients and their families about available resources, community support groups, and programs that can foster their social engagement.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of assessments, care plans, and client interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
