In Social Services at Main Campus McWane Building
Work schedule will be Part-time Benefits Ineligible on the Day Evening Shift, Saturday-Sunday 1p-9:30p alternating weekends.
Summary:
Provide appropriate intervention to patients and their families in an effort to assist them in understanding, accepting and adhering to recommendations of the health care team in order to achieve an optimal level of health and rehabilitation.
Other information:
Must have knowledge of social work principles and practices. Good psychosocial intervention skills. Knowledge of social and health resources within the community. Basic computer skills.
