Founded in 1922, we have grown to become one of the more well known Multi-Family builders in the Oakland area. We specialize in Multi-Family Housing, but also work in Hospitals, school, & other various projects in the area. As we continue to gain business for work now and in the future, we are in need of adding a Project Manager with strong Multi-Family project experience.

What You Will Be Doing

- Establish & maintain project schedule
- Establish & maintain positive relationships with all members on jobsite
- Review all documents
- Supervise PE's & Assistant PM's onsite

What You Need for this Position

- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Multiple Multi-Family projects experience
- Experience with projects ranging from $40M - $150M
