Project Manager | Water/Wastewater Construction | Bay Area, CA


I'm currently working with a leading Water/Wastewater General Contractor that is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to its growing team in the Bay Area.

We're specifically seeking candidates with a proven background delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects for a self-performing contractor, with strong exposure to mechanical scopes of work.


🔹 Ideal Background:

• Project Manager experience with a Water/Wastewater General Contractor

• Experience delivering treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, reservoirs, or related infrastructure

• Strong understanding of self-perform mechanical construction

• Experience managing process piping, yard piping, pumps, valves, equipment installation, and mechanical systems

• Ability to manage projects from preconstruction through closeout


🔹 Responsibilities:

• Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractors

• Coordinate field operations and self-perform crews

• Manage client relationships and project stakeholders

• Lead change management, forecasting, and project reporting

• Ensure safe, successful delivery of complex water infrastructure projects
