Job description

Company Description

Company.ai is building a network of category defining AI products in stealth mode.

Examples of what we are creating and actively expanding:

  • Email.com
  • How.com
  • Face.com
  • Notebook.com
  • Queen.com

We believe the next decade belongs to vertical AI products that people actually use every day. Each product is standalone, and together they compound through shared identity, shared context, shared distribution, and shared learning loops.

The Role

We are hiring a Project Manager to help us ship faster, cleaner, and more predictably across multiple products.

You will build the delivery system from zero. You will partner with product, engineering, design, and GTM to turn priorities into shipped outcomes, without adding bureaucracy.

  • Build the shipping cadence: weekly goals, sprint rhythm, release planning, retros, and decision logs
  • Turn priorities into execution: scope control, tradeoffs, sequencing, dependencies, and clear owners
  • Keep projects unblocked: identify risks early, remove blockers fast, and drive crisp decisions
  • Run cross functional launches: product, engineering, design, support, and GTM readiness
  • Create lightweight systems: templates, checklists, and playbooks that increase speed and quality
  • Maintain visibility: status updates, dashboards, timelines, and clear communication without noise
  • Improve how we build: tighten requirements, reduce thrash, and raise quality with every cycle

Qualifications

  • Experience managing delivery for software teams, ideally at early stage startups
  • Track record shipping products or major features on tight timelines
  • Strong planning and execution skills: scoping, sequencing, dependency management, and risk mitigation
  • Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding engineering constraints
  • Strong documentation habits: PRDs, specs, decision logs, release notes, and status updates
  • Familiarity with common tools: Linear, Jira, Notion, Slack, GitHub, Figma

Nice to have:

  • Experience shipping AI products, agent workflows, or tools that require reliability and evaluation
  • Experience coordinating multi product or platform work
  • Experience in SF startup environments and high speed teams

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity
  • Top tier tooling and support to move fast
