Job description

A Personal Assistant / Concierge focused on social and lifestyle support is needed for a single UHNW Principal establishing Miami as his primary residence. The role sits within the Principal's Single Family Office and reports to the Head of Administration.

This is not a corporate nine-to-five. It is a true lifestyle PA role: social coordination, guest management, and concierge-level support, built around the Principal's new life in Miami. High-trust, hands-on, twelve-month-a-year. 24/7 availability mindset.

$85,000 to $115,000 gross per annum DOE plus benefits. Miami-based or reliable commute from broader South Florida.

What you bring:

- One year or more already as a Lifestyle PA, Social PA, Private PA, or Concierge-style PA to a UHNW or HNW Principal. This is not a step-up role.

- Confirmed track record in social coordination, guest management, and discreet Principal-direct support.

- Native or near-native English.

- US citizen or Green Card holder.

- Strong, current working knowledge of Miami: restaurants, events, wellness, social scene.

- Strong emotional and social intelligence with sound judgement.

- Polished and comfortable in luxury and social environments.

- Calm under pressure, discreet, confidential.

- 24/7 availability mindset.

- Comfortable signing an NDA.

What makes this role distinctive:

- A young, dynamic Single Family Office administrative team that prizes intelligence over hierarchy.

- Multi-assistant structure: coverage and continuity, not isolation.

- Principal establishing Miami as new primary base; you are joining at the build.

Strong advantage:

- Multi-assistant team experience.

- Familiarity supporting international UHNW principals across cultures.

- Degree level or equivalent.

- Additional languages welcome.
