Your Role
As a Cook, you'll prepare meals with precision and care, ensuring every dish meets our quality standards and enhances the guest experience. You'll maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment while working collaboratively with your team. What You'll Do
  • Prepare meals according to recipes and guest specifications
  • Read menus to estimate food requirements and manage inventory
  • Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, mixers, slicers, and steam kettles
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
  • Cook menu items in coordination with kitchen staff
  • Ensure food is prepared and served simultaneously, with high quality and timeliness
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
  • Properly date, store, and rotate food items
  • Maintain temperature logs and comply with food safety standards
  • Respond to guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly
  • Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and brand standards
  • Support team members and maintain a positive kitchen culture
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
  • Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
  • Skilled in using kitchen tools and equipment

Education & Experience
