Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) provides business insurance, employee health & benefits, retirement, and private client insurance solutions to organizations and individuals seeking limitless possibilities. With offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world's leading professional services firm, Marsh (NYSE: MRSH).

A day in the life.

As our client service representative on the MMA national client center you'll partner with both the sales center and remarketing areas to ensure quality service is delivered at a support level. Remain knowledgeable of coverages and manage the expectations of the client (both internal and external). Maintain rapport with clients, company underwriters, and develop/grow existing accounts. Work collegially as a supportive member of the production team for the benefit of the clients. Maintain open, effective communication and timely follow-up.

  • Office located in Greensboro. Onsite work for the first 12 months, hybrid option after.
  • Salary range beginning at $50,000 (no experience needed)
  • Bonus opportunities!! New associates can earn up to $500 per quarter!!
  • Starting shift for this team (earlier shifts awarded by seniority): 10:15 am to 7:15 pm

Important: Position requires property & casualty insurance license. MMA will provide licensing course and licensing exam. Colleagues will be given two attempts to pass the exam.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, especially telephone demeanor

  • Demonstrate proficiency of basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office products

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • Property & casualty insurance experience
  • Property & casualty license
