Job Title: AI Project Coordinator (AI Automations & Slate Ops)
Location: Remote (Required to work PST hours)
Duration: 12 Months (Extendable)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator (AI Automations & Slate Ops) to support AI-driven development workflows, project coordination, and operational excellence across multiple active projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working with AI coding tools, coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining web applications, and streamlining workflows through automation.
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining Nest and Hatch sites that surface project updates from internal cloud management systems, coordinating project workstreams, building AI-powered automation solutions, and collaborating with developers, content producers, and business stakeholders to accelerate delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain Nest and Hatch sites that display project updates and milestone tracking.
• Use AI-powered coding tools to build features, submit diffs, and improve development workflows.
• Coordinate project workstreams across developers, content producers, and cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain automation workflows connecting internal systems for real-time project reporting.
• Rapidly prototype AI-powered solutions to streamline production and operational processes.
• Collaborate with platform engineering teams on feature enhancements and site improvements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure accessibility for project stakeholders.
• Monitor application performance, identify issues, and coordinate resolutions with development teams.
• Track platform bugs, submit fixes through code review workflows, and communicate updates.
• Conduct regular project assessments to monitor delivery progress and platform performance.
• Document weekly project activities, deliverables, and production readiness.
• Support onboarding for new AI tools, development workflows, and project processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in application development, vibe coding, project coordination, or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, MyClaw, Gemini, or equivalent LLM-based development assistants.
• Experience submitting diffs and working within code review workflows.
• Experience building and maintaining web applications or sites (Nest/Hatch or similar platforms).
• Ability to coordinate project workstreams, deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience integrating AI into production pipelines and development operations.
• Familiarity with project management systems and production tooling.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
• Experience with vibe coding workflows using AI to rapidly prototype, iterate, and deploy features.
• Experience with agent-based workflows, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted code generation.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of automation architecture, including system integrations, triggers, and workflow automation.
• Experience coordinating multiple development workstreams with internal and external teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience designing digital platforms or applications with knowledge of UX and interaction design principles.
• Experience working in the Entertainment, Media, Streaming, or Digital Content industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
