Job Description
In this exciting role, you'll be the welcoming face of our facility-supporting learners, educators, and healthcare professionals in a cutting-edge simulation environment. If you thrive on multitasking, enjoy interacting with diverse teams, and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly, we'd love to meet you.
Reception of visitors. Answer telephone calls. Facilitate tours and orientation of learners to the simulation environment. Data entry and scheduling of simulation activities in multiple electronic systems including but not limited to: Microsoft Office, Simulation IQ, DocuCare, and Qualtrics. Assist the program manager with preparation of materials and signage. Identify common technology problems and alert the Healthcare Simulation Technology Specialist. Assist with basic troubleshooting of audio-visual equipment. Prepare, operate, and store simulation teaching equipment. Assist all faculty and staff in maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly learning environment that complies with all health and safety regulations as well as best practice standards. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Ability to enter data accurately and concisely. Professional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Basic computer skills in web-based software programs, including Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Flexibility with scheduling and assignments. Reliable, professionally prepared, and punctual.
