Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans, employing evidence-based techniques and solution-focused interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Implement various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), facilitating sessions that empower clients toward their healing journey.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, including HIPAA.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across disciplines—psychologists, psychiatrists, and other counselors—to expand the care continuum and provide holistic services to clients.
  • Engage in regular consultations and peer support meetings to enhance the quality and effectiveness of treatment provided.
  • Support and educate clients and their families on mental health issues, guiding them through available treatment options and community resources to foster informed decisions.

Qualifications
