Job Summary
  • Seeking a Signals Analyst with strong experience in signal development, RF signal analysis, and access-focused mission areas
  • The successful candidate will analyze signal characteristics, define parameters, model signal behavior, and assess data flows and communications activity across complex technical environments

Primary Responsibilities
  • Analyze RF signals to determine structure, parameters, and behavior
  • Perform waveform and bitstream analysis
  • Support DNI, telecommunications, mobile, and access discovery mission areas
  • Analyze FORNSAT and related signal activity
  • Assess technical data flows and signal relationships
  • Support COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and PROFORMA analysis as applicable
  • Document findings and communicate technical results to mission stakeholders

Required Qualifications
  • Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph
  • Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of relevant experience, Associate's degree with 5 years of experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position
  • Strong RF signal analysis experience
  • Experience understanding signal structure and parameters
  • Experience with waveform and bitstream analysis
  • Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills

Desired Qualifications
  • SIGDEV experience
  • DNI / telecommunications / mobile / access discovery experience
  • FORNSAT experience
  • COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, or PROFORMA experience
  • Experience working with DNEAS

Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate's experience and qualifications.
The pay range for this role is:
105,000 - 135,000 USD per year (Ft. Meade MD)
