JOB DESCRIPTION

The Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Analyst/ Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA), Senior will apply specialized experience and knowledge to develop reports, intelligence products, and analytic assessments to provide Special Operations Command Central (SOCCENT) the actionable intelligence and context that they need to drive their mission.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

As a Signals Analyst / Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA), Senior, you will support SOCCENT in the execution of SOF specific target exploitation. You will act as a driving force behind intelligence operations, fusing advanced Digital Network Intelligence (DNI), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) to generate actionable insights. If you excel at unraveling complex digital footprints, identifying critical intelligence gaps, and synchronizing SIGINT missions to achieve operational objectives, we want you on our team. This encompasses tasks such as data collection, analysis, coordination, and reporting, along with adaptive planning to address knowledge and capability (or training) gaps. Furthermore, you will help the staff integrate, synchronize, and prioritize SIGINT missions, operations, activities, and actions to ensure they comply with DoW guidance while maintaining a strong focus on achieving operational objectives.

JOB DUTIES (INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO)

  • Apply experience with the characterization of complex target networks, use SIGINT database repositories and analytic tools to interpret meaning and synthesize multiple datasets to answer established intelligence requirements
  • Leverage experience with direction finding, geo-location equipment, and SIGINT Geolocation Analysis (SGA) to produce data in support of various intelligence reports
  • Fusing SIGINT data with various intelligence disciplines for analytical reports
  • Coordinate with collection managers and other analysts to recommend the need for new analytic methods, technologies, and collection strategies

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 5 years: General years of Area of Responsibility (AOR) or Special Operations Forces (SOF) experience
  • 3 years: Specific years of experience either in AOR or specialized skills
  • CENTCOM AOR operational experience in the past 5 years
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience preparing and presenting intelligence briefings to senior leaders
  • Demonstrated complex problem-solving knowledge and experience using relevant structured signals analytic techniques
  • Completion of Military Service SIGINT Analysis Basic Course or IC equivalent
  • Knowledge of USCENTCOM and DIA product lines
  • SIGINT experience focused on the USCENTCOM AOR
  • Deployment experience in the USCENTCOM AOR

WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Clearance: Current DoW TS/SCI with CI/POLY Clearance is required
  • Experience: 12+ years of related SIGINT experience
  • Education: Bachelor's in field related to International Relations, Homeland Security, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Information Technology
  • Certifications: PMP, LSSG/BB, Network+, Security+, CEH, CCNA, or SANS Certifications
  • Role requirements: 5 days per week onsite
    • Shift work and weekends may be required during crisis or heightened AOR tensions
  • Due to US Government Contract Requirements, only US Citizens are eligible for this role

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $97,750 - $132,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
