Job description

Walton Signage is a well-respected, innovative company in the signage industry. The Company serves large, national or corporate accounts with turnkey installation of high quality signage systems and has been listed three times as one of Inc. Magazine's fastest growing companies.
We are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to be primarily responsible for supporting Program Team Directors and Managers on accounts, acting as a liaison between fabricators, installation departments and clients, attending client user meetings, coordinating subcontracting, research municipal regulations and complete permitting requirements.
Essential duties include the following:
  • Provides front-end coordination, sending out requests for quotes and follows up.
  • Consistently maintain Walton's value proposition of quality products, consistent project management, and competitive market pricing.
  • Enter sales orders into ERP system on behalf of Program Managers. Process purchase orders for code and surveys, and follow up with Program Managers and customers to ensure accurate interpretations.
  • Submit design requests, revision requests and follow up with Program Manager to ensure accurate interpretation.
  • Assist Program Team Director and Program Managers in the preparation of RFPs and quotes for manufacturing and installation.
  • Communicate with vendors, installers and others regarding required deadline accountability on behalf of Program Managers.
  • Process and submit all billing information and subcontractor invoices into ERP system within five days of completion of job or receipt.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for Program Team Director and Program Managers as needed.

Preferred experience:
* Experience is signage or construction industry
* Self-motivated, proactive, go-getter
* Comfortable talking on the phone, conversing with customers, vendors, contractors.
Education:
*2 years college or the equivalent of administrative experience.
