About the Role

Mercury Signs, Inc. is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sign Project Estimator/Consultant/Manager to join our team in a remote capacity This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role where you'll be at the heart of our sign projects — from initial client consultation and cost estimation all the way through project completion. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for the sign industry, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for custom sign projects including materials, labor, and installation focised on bid projects for multi-family housing, eduction and corporate campus=sed and multi-use devlopments
  • Consult with clients to assess signage needs, recommend solutions, and develop project scopes
  • Manage sign projects from kickoff through installation, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Coordinate with design, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
    • Review blueprints, site plans, and specifications to inform accurate bidding and project planning
    • Maintain and grow client relationships through exceptional communication and follow-through
    • Track project timelines, budgets, and vendor/subcontractor performance
    • Ensure compliance with local permitting requirements and sign codes
    Requirements
    • Prior experience in sign industry estimating, project management, or sales/consulting
    • Strong understanding of sign fabrication methods, materials, and installation processes
    • Excellent communication
    • Proficiency in estimating software, project management tools, - expereince with SignAgent a plus .
    • Ability to read and interpret site plans, architectural drawings, and specifications
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
