Pay Range: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Sign Fabricator to join our fabrication department. This role involves planning and building signs using a variety of materials and tools. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in construction, carpentry, or electrical and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate and assemble signs according to specifications
  • Cut and weld aluminum, steel, and plastics
  • Use a variety of power tools safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Follow safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-year experience in sign construction, carpentry, and electrical
  • Metal fabrication and/or welding experience
  • Prep and paint various materials
