About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sign Estimator to join our team. The Sign Estimator will be responsible for reviewing customer requests, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate estimates and proposals for custom signage projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review plans, drawings, specifications, and customer requirements to determine project scope.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for custom signs and related projects.
  • Calculate materials, labor, equipment, installation, freight, and other project costs.
  • Obtain and review vendor pricing and subcontractor quotes.
  • Work closely with Sales, Project Management, Design, Production, and Installation teams.
  • Identify potential project issues, cost concerns, and scope changes.
  • Communicate with customers and vendors as needed to clarify project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate estimating records and documentation.
  • Meet deadlines and manage multiple estimates simultaneously.
  • Assist with change orders and revisions when project scope changes.
