Integrity Manufacturing is a wholesale sign manufacturer who partners with many companies nationwide to build the highest quality customized signs and graphics.

Job Summary:

The sign estimator is responsible for preparing accurate, detailed, and timely cost estimates for a variety of sign and graphics projects. This role involves reviewing design specifications, materials, and labor requirements to develop competitive bids and proposals. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of sign fabrication methods, materials, as well as excellent attention to detail and communication skills with our customers.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma +
  • 2-3 years estimating experience with custom signs. (Channel letters, Pylons, Monuments, Wall Cabinets, Graphics, etc.)
  • 2-3 years of custom sign fabrication experience with strong knowledge of materials, fabrication techniques, and install methods.
  • Excellent mathematical skills with attention to details
  • Ability to read and analyze drawings, engineering drawings, and spec sheets.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft (outlook, excel, word) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Must be self-driven and able to work on multiple projects and customers at one time.

Responsibilities

  • Review customer drawings, specifications and manufacturing details to break down a sign for estimating into parts and labor.
  • Calculate cost of materials and labor to provide accurate quotes and bids for clients.
  • Collaborate with operations and project managers, to ensure estimates reflect actual manufacturing capabilities.
  • Request quotes from suppliers. Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Provide detailed sketches of manufacturing to customers if needed.
  • Review purchase orders to the estimates and process drawings for manufacturing.
  • Work with Operation Managers and PMs to insure what is being built reflects customer’s needs.
  • Support the sales team in customer meetings and proposal presentations when needed.
  • Work: Monday – Friday 40+ hours a week.
