Are you an experienced tile professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail? The Grout Medic of Raleigh is looking for a skilled Tile and Grout Restoration Technician to join our growing team.
About the Role:
As a Tile and Grout Restoration Technician, youll perform a variety of tile and grout services, including cleaning, color sealing, regrouting, re-caulking, tile repair, and full shower restorations. Ideal candidates will have experience with tile installations, mudbed replacement, and shower pan replacements.
Responsibilities:

  • Perform grout and tile restoration, repair, and maintenance
  • Regrout, recaulk, and color seal grout lines for residential and commercial clients
  • Replace damaged tiles and repair tile installations as needed
  • Complete mudbed and shower pan replacements
  • Ensure all work is completed to The Grout Medics high standards of quality and cleanliness
  • Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service
Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in tile installation or restoration
  • Strong knowledge of grouting, caulking, and tile setting techniques
  • Experience with mudbed and shower pan replacement is a bonus
