Requirements
What You'll Do:
- Drive Sales Excellence: Promote premium tile, stone, and glass products to commercial trade professionals, including architectural firms, interior designers, and hospitality developers.
- Master the Territory: Cover a strategic territory including Northern NJ (Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris, Passaic, Sussex, Warren) and Metro NY (Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Long Island, and all NYC boroughs except Westchester).
- Grow the Business: Actively prospect, target, audit, and develop new commercial accounts while managing and updating account merchandising and product sampling.
- Cultivate Relationships: Act as a trusted resource for specifiers, providing a seamless luxury experience from project selection to delivery.
- Lead with Values: Represent a family-owned company that values fair hiring practices, objective talent evaluation, and long-term career growth.

- A sales-minded professional who understands product merchandising, client mapping, and how to successfully secure project specifications.
- A territory manager capable of managing a busy travel schedule, prioritizing tasks, and consistently meeting client project deadlines.
- A tech-savvy rep proficient in or ready to learn Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Epicor Prophet 21 technology.
Location: Remote / Road-Based (Must reside within the Metro NY / Northern NJ territory).
