POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Remote Real Estate Agent & Business Development Executive, you’ll take the lead in acquiring and managing premium long-term rentals, securing high-value property management contracts, and building relationships with luxury investors. Your daily work will revolve around connecting with elite clients, driving strategic growth, and closing meaningful deals — all backed by Maimon’s industry-leading tools and brand reputation.

We’re looking for licensed real estate professionals with a flair for luxury, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a proven track record in sales, property management, or real estate investment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and onboard a premium portfolio of luxury and ultra-luxury under our property management profile for our exclusive markets.

  • List, Rent, and sell some of Maimon's exclusive listings in our markets.

  • Develop deep, lasting relationships with luxury real easte agents, property owners, Investors, and developers, and guests.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador for The Maimon Group

  • Strategic involvement in company outreach and business development efforts

  • Leverage CRM tools and marketing automation to stay ahead of the game

  • Elevate your visibility and credibility with Maimon’s exclusive branding

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License (required)

  • Experience in real estate sales, business development, or property management

  • Knowledge of luxury property markets, investment real estate, and short-term rentals

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills — you know how to seal the deal

  • Confident and self-directed, with an ability to manage leads and clients independently

  • Proficiency in MLS, contracts, CRM platforms, and real estate marketing tools

  • PI Cognitive Score of 250+ preferred — for those who thrive under pressure and adapt fast

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: Base Commission + High commission structure
