What you'll do
Total Category Management
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive category strategies that drive sustainable category growth.
  • Serve as the category expert by identifying opportunities through shopper, consumer, customer, syndicated, and retailer data.
  • Conduct category assessments and develop recommendations across assortment, pricing, promotion, shelving, merchandising, innovation, and space optimization.
  • Deliver fact-based category reviews, business reviews, and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor category performance, competitive activity, and emerging trends to proactively identify risks and growth opportunities.

Analytics & Insights
  • Analyze retailer, syndicated, shopper, and consumer data to identify actionable business opportunities.
  • Develop compelling, insight-driven selling stories and executive presentations.
  • Measure category performance and provide recommendations that improve sales, share, profitability, and shopper satisfaction.
  • Build dashboards and performance scorecards to monitor key category and business metrics.

Digital Shelf & Digital Analysis
  • Lead digital shelf optimization, including content quality, assortment, search visibility, ratings and reviews, product availability, and online conversion.
  • Analyze digital commerce performance, including traffic, conversion, search performance, content effectiveness, digital share, and omnichannel trends.
  • Identify opportunities to improve online category performance through data-driven recommendations and digital activation strategies.
  • Partner with Digital Commerce and Marketing teams to optimize the online shopper experience and accelerate digital growth.

Innovation & Commercialization
  • Assess category opportunities for innovation, line extensions, and new product launches.
  • Develop customer sell-in strategies supported by category insights and financial analysis.
  • Measure post-launch performance and recommend optimization opportunities.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Digital Commerce to deliver integrated business plans.
  • Support annual planning, forecasting, customer planning, and strategic initiatives.
  • Influence key stakeholders through data-driven recommendations and collaborative leadership.

The salary rangefor this role is $140,000.00 and $165,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimumand maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at thetime of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligiblefor incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. TheCompany also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actualcompensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills,experience, education, training, and work location. This posting is intended tocomply with all applicable state and local pay transparency laws.
